The staff was very hospitable, attentive to details, and eager to ensure that our day would be special. Catherine, our event planner, in particular, played a crucial role in making our wedding day exceptional. She made everything look beautiful and took excellent care of us and our guests. The entire team was truly fantastic. The wedding breakfast was amazing, featuring a family-style three-course dinner followed by evening finger food. It was a beautiful experience, and we are truly grateful to everyone at the venue
The wedding service we had was excellent and you could tell the Event Manager, Catherine, was well prepared to receive the 40-50 guests. We were promptly offered bubbly and had a good place to sit while we waited for the proceedings to start. Catherine kept the guests informed at all times about when to expect to get seated for the wedding breakfast. Its quite a compact room but it fit us all in and we had some lovely food courtesy of the bride and groom of course. The experience made my fiancé question our wedding plans as he said he enjoyed what The Coach gave us. We did find out the name of the manager and her name was Catherine, I’m not sure if she is the manager of the whole thing or just the event part, but she was really good with the organisation and making people feel welcome.
